Pricing is based on the complexity of your project and the type of service(s) required. A one-time project generally lends itself to an hourly rate while ongoing administrative/website related services lend themselves to a “value package” or monthly retainer.
A la carte or “Pay As You Go” rates are available beginning at $35.00 depending on the nature of the request. A two-hour minimum per invoice is required. Please contact me through my Contact page to discuss specific needs and pricing.
All charges will be clearly outlined in writing. Quality and timeliness is guaranteed for all services performed.
Hourly work is charged in 10-minute increments. Billable hours include e-mail correspondence, physical meetings, phone calls, or travel, as well as any study or research that pertains to your project. Special projects may be negotiated. There is no minimum time commitment required; however, there is a one-hour minimum charge per invoice of $60.00.
WordCount Virtual Office Assistance uses time-tracking software to maintain accurate records. A PDF report of billable time is available upon request for each invoice.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made. For Web design, a deposit is required before work begins.
